Back in the USA!

OK, so you will have to forgive us, we have actually been back for a few weeks now, but phew, we’ve been busy catching back up!!! Getting over jetlag, catching back up on our business here in the States, and of course taking a few days off to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families! We are very happy to be home, though, and eager to continue working on our Chinese business as it gets off the ground!

Here are some pictures of our showroom that we never got around to posting while we were in Suzhou. We will also be putting a gallery up soon of all of the pieces of furniture that are showcased in Suzhou–so check back soon!! And remember–all these pieces can be special ordered from China or the US, so if you see something you can’t live without, let us know!!

Grand Opening Pictures

Ok, so we’re a few days behind with this, but we’ve been so busy!! It was a whirlwind of a night, complete with 10 pretty girls in red dresses (a Chinese custom) and an actual red carpet. Here are a few pictures of the showroom on the day of the grand opening. Also a picture of us with Bev Perdue, the governor of North Carolina. We don’t have any professional pics back yet, but we will post them when we do!!

We still have a lot to do, with completing the finishing touches on the showroom (Please ignore our lack of art on the walls in a few of these pictures!) We are also busy here for the next week pursuing new business, following up with all of the great contacts we have made so far, and starting to set up some accounts. If you know anyone in China that would like to order top quality American made furniture, just send them our way!
